Millennium Space Systems, a Boeing Company, is hiring an Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead - Avionics to oversee schedules, budgets, and technical oversight for subsystem deliverables across programs. The role ensures timely, within-budget delivery of qualified components and drives production efficiency.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, 5 years in program/project management, and the ability to obtain a US security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Aerospace, Computer, Electrical, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or Electronic Design.
• 5 years’ experience in program or project management.
• 5 years of experience managing project schedules and using standard project management tools.
• Experience managing electronic components for Military and Aerospace Systems.
• Experience in cross-functional environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, coordinate, integrate, analyze, and maintain integrated plans and schedules for complex projects and change activities.
• Lead studies/analysis, reports, risk assessments and planning to determine impacts and constraints.
• Identify risk and opportunity potential, develop mitigation planning, and refine the business case.
• Develop and establish lead time requirements.
• Facilitate integration of project plans, schedules, change and baseline management across best practices.
• Act as primary project contact to establish stakeholder requirements and objectives.
• Direct all phases of projects or subsystems from inception through completion.
• Coordinate commitments with internal and external stakeholders to fulfill strategies.
