Job summary

Marotta Controls is seeking a Senior Staff Engineer, Project (IPT Lead) to lead technical teams on new product development within the Power & Actuation Systems department. You'll define requirements, plan tasks, review designs, and manage integration, testing, and validation for embedded control systems in aerospace/military platforms.

The role requires a degree in Electrical/Computer engineering, 6+ years as a technical lead, and the ability to obtain a security clearance.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a technical lead in aerospace/military projects.
• Experience with new product development for electromechanical systems.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
• Must be a US Citizen.

Responsibilities

• Manage the technical team performance to project schedule and cost.
• Lead the new product development processes for electromechanical systems.
• Communicate plans, supervise work, and coordinate across projects.
• Interface with commercial and military customers in program definition and execution.
• Oversee requirements, reviews, and technical reports for deliverables.
