Voyager Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Hardware Engineer - Avionics for Voyager Lunar Systems in Pittsburgh, PA. The role focuses on designing electrical hardware and avionics for spacecraft, with emphasis on PCBs, embedded processing, and system-level integration.

You will perform trade studies, develop comprehensive test procedures, and support hardware-in-the-loop tests while collaborating with the Avionics Lead. Hybrid work is available in Pittsburgh.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Electrical or Computer Engineering required.
• Schematic and board design proficiency with common tools.
• Experience using lab equipment to test PCBs and systems.
• Ability to perform trade studies and document outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design PCBs for spacecraft avionics and ground systems.
• Perform trade studies on components to select best options.
• Develop test procedures for board-, component-, and system-level tests.
• Test fabricated PCBs and integrated avionics systems in labs.
• Contribute to environmental and qualification testing programs.
• Program embedded systems, FPGAs, MCU/CPU cores; report progress.
