Job summary

Millennium Space Systems, a Boeing Company, is seeking a Director of Launch Systems Integration to inspire and coordinate a high-performing team responsible for launch systems engineering. You will ensure resources, processes, and schedules align with customer expectations and strategic technical goals.

The role requires at least 10 years in aerospace engineering with leadership, plus an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

Qualifications

• Ten years of engineering experience in aerospace/defense with management exposure.
• Experience as Responsible Engineering Authority, Project Lead, or functional manager in launch systems.
• Active U.S. Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility and U.S. citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Launch Systems Engineering team and oversee technical work products, schedules, and budgets.
• Develop and execute department plans, policies, and strategies; manage resources and suppliers.
• Foster relationships with customers, stakeholders, and peers; provide technical guidance and approvals.
• Grow and shape the Launch Systems Integration division within GS&O; mentor and evaluate staff.
