Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or higher.
• 12–20 years of experience with at least 5 years in people management.
• Knowledge of avionics DO-178B/C and ARINC 661.
• Experience in avionics system design and development.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of software engineers to develop avionics products.
• Decompose requirements to product lines and ensure traceability.
• Define project plans aligned with department goals.
• Allocate responsibilities and drive performance to plan.
• Coach and mentor team members and forecast resource needs.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Adopt Model Based Development where applicable.
