Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in aviation maintenance, engineering technology, or related curriculum required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5 years aircraft related maintenance and operations experience required.
• An A&P license, EASA B1/B2 FlightSafety Master Technician and four (4) additional years related aircraft experience may offset the degree.

Responsibilities

• Responds to in-flight emergencies by coordinating resources and providing technical data.
• Interprets operational/maintenance requirements and provides technical consultation to customers and internal teams.
• Conducts in-depth system reviews to develop troubleshooting plans and guides clients to Return To Service (RTS).
• Directs exchange of technical data for temporary or permanent repair drawings in the field.
• Reviews and investigates correspondence from Gulfstream operators; coordinates component transfers for analysis.
• Develops, prepares, and updates troubleshooting procedures and test equipment for Gulfstream aircraft.
• Determines action priorities based on safety, urgency, and policy.
• Initiates and prepares customer bulletins, PCRs, service news items, and related communications.
• Uses Lean methodology to improve internal processes and efficiency.
• Reinforces customer satisfaction and advocates for the customer.
