Job summary

Gulfstream Savannah Completions seeks an Avionics/Electrical Technician III for the G500, G700 and G800 programs. The role focuses on testing, troubleshooting and repairing complex avionics and electrical systems, contributing to defect-free aircraft and on-time schedules.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED, plus 5 years in avionics/electrical fields; A&P, FCC or NCATT licenses are preferred. Weekend shifts are required with potential for additional business needs.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated avionics/electrical troubleshooting and testing abilities.
• Experience with Gulfstream large cabin aircraft preferred.
• Ability to teach installation and functional testing per specs and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates superior technical skills in avionics and aircraft systems testing and troubleshooting.
• Teaches installation and functional testing of electrical/avionics components per engineering specs and manuals.
• Ensures quality and efficiency of all installations and repairs; troubleshoots to provide timely fixes.
• Repairs or replaces defective components and wiring to ensure reliable installations.
