Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking an Avionics Assembler in Minneapolis to assemble and inspect avionics systems, ensuring high-quality products for customers. You will set up and monitor production, participate in safety and quality improvements, and support continuous improvement at the site.

The role involves 5th shift coverage (Mon & Fri 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Sat & Sun 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM) with potential overtime and training on other shifts as needed.

As an Avionics Assembler here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will assemble and integrate avionics systems, ensuring high-quality production that meets industry standards and customer requirements. Produce high quality products and services for our customers. You will assemble and inspect product to ensure the highest quality product is provided to our customers. You will be responsible for your work area to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the area. You will set up and monitor the production of product in your area and participate in the continuous improvement process at the site to address safety, production and quality improvements

This Role Will Support 5th Shift

MONDAY & FRIDAY– 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM and SATURDAY & SUNDAY 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM

Please note training may take place a different shift and the role may require mandated overtime

Responsibilities

• Use strong fine motor skills to perform various tasks related to assembling products, especially those involving small parts or intricate components
• Maintain work area for operation and cleanliness
• Comply with all safety rules.
• Record and report production data.
• Analyze data and production reports

Hourly Pay Range

The hourly range for this position is $30.25. Please note that this compensation information serves as a general guideline.
