Honeywell Aerospace is seeking an Electronics Machine Builder to assemble and inspect high-quality electronic and mechanical devices in a production environment. You will set up, monitor, and adjust processes to meet strict specifications while contributing to safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include assembling components per specs, performing electrical troubleshooting, and assisting others as needed. Training on multiple shifts may occur; overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Two or more classes of progressive electronics training from an accredited college or university (Intro to Electronics I and II, etc). Transcript required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and/or electronic devices and assemblies referring to engineering specs, prints, layouts and/or verbal instructions.
• Check and adjust for balance, alignment, tension, spacing, physical dimensions, outputs and adjustable parameters and record non-adjustable parameters.
• Use a variety of manual and automated mechanical, electrical and optical checking equipment.
• Calculate raw data and adjust/calibrate assemblies to achieve the final specification as required.
• Check faulty assemblies using mechanical checking equipment.
• Analyze and diagnose findings to determine defects and method of repair.
• Disassemble, replace parts, readjust and reassemble devices to complete repairs.
• Perform electronic troubleshooting at the level consistent with the schooling required as indicated at the end of this job description.
• May assist or instruct other Electro-Mechanical Builders or employees at lower labor grades.

an Electronic Machine Builder will Produce high quality products and services for our customers. You will assemble and inspect product to ensure the highest quality product is provided to our customers. You will be responsible for your work area to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the area. You will set up and monitor the production of product in your area and participate in the continuous improvement process at the site to address safety, production and quality improvements.

this role will support 4th shift: Monday & Friday 10:00 pm- 6:00 am and Saturday & Sunday 10:00 pm- 10:00 am. please note training may take place on a different shift, and the role may include mandated overtime.

Hourly Pay Range

The hourly range for this position is $31.86. Please note that this compensation information serves as a general guideline.
