In this role, you will impact the efficiency and quality of our production line, ensuring that our products are assembled correctly and meet all specifications. Your work will contribute to the overall success of our manufacturing operations and help us deliver top-notch products to our customers.

Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Proficiency in at least three of the following skills: wire bonding, gap welding, eutectic die attach, epoxy attach. Be able to handle devices, and other small components using tweezers under a microscope.
  • Work independently, take ownership for your quality and actively learn to make continual improvements.
  • Participate in meetings, make suggestions and work with your team to meet daily production goals.
  • Maintain a neat and orderly work area
  • Ability to work under a microscope 8 hours per day.
  • Effectively communicate in English and read work instructions. Knowledge of MIL-STD criteria preferred.
  • Performs equipment set-up and calibration and may perform routine preventative maintenance tasks.
  • Collaborate with Process and Quality Engineering to troubleshoot and resolve procedure specification challenges.

2 shifts available - day (flexible start 5-7am) or swing (start 3:30pm)

Pay Transparency

The hourly pay range for this position is $32.21 - $39.90 . Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
