Job summary

Cape Henlopen School District is seeking casual/seasonal AVID tutors for Middle and High School students. Tutors will work 12 hours per week, typically across two days during the school day, with a schedule that varies.

Training is provided after hire, and pay is $22.00 per hour. Responsibilities include tutoring groups of 2-7 students in Math, Science, Social Studies, and ELA, following AVID protocols, and supporting teachers with classroom management and progress tracking.
