Grupo Eulen USA is seeking a Workforce Strategy and Resource Manager for Aviation to lead workforce planning, labor optimization, and operational analytics across airport ground handling operations. You will develop scalable workforce models, staffing forecasts, and productivity strategies to improve operational efficiency and control costs.

Qualifications

• Experience building manpower models from flight schedules.
• Experience with airline KPIs and SLAs.
• Experience supporting airport operations preferred.
• Strong knowledge of workforce planning and ground handling operations.
• Experience in contract management, operational forecasting, and vendor oversight.
• Proven ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset with cross-functional project experience.
• Significant leadership experience in a strategic role within a large organization.

Responsabilités

• Strategic Workforce Planning: Develop multi-year workforce strategies aligned with company growth, seasonal demand, and industry trends.
• Budget & Financial Oversight: Own labor budgets, forecast costs, and ensure profitability while meeting service level agreements.
• Vendor & Contract Management: Oversee third-party staffing vendors, negotiate contracts, and monitor compliance with SLAs.
• Technology & Automation Leadership: Drive automation initiatives in planning tools and BI dashboards; implement predictive analytics for scheduling.
• Performance Monitoring: Validate operational hours against planned schedules, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Deliver actionable insights and executive-level reports on workforce trends, capacity, and productivity.
• Proposal & Tender Support: Contribute to competitive bids, standardize pricing methodologies, and forecast staffing for new business opportunities.
• Continuous Improvement: Monitor productivity tools (Avtech, Power BI, etc.), assess performance against objectives, and recommend improvements
