You’ll analyze flight schedules, inform workforce needs, and collaborate with Operations, Finance, Sales, and Pricing leaders to ensure operational feasibility and financial viability.

• Analyze operational hours, flight schedules, and workload data.
• Convert operational hours into staffing requirements.
• Build staffing assumptions around shift coverage, supervision, productivity, and schedules.
• Analyze staffing across Ramp, Cabin Cleaning, Passenger Services, Baggage, GSE, and other ground handling operations.
• Support cost models with labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, and overhead.
