Job summary

The Wheel and Brake Associate Technician (Level B) at Boeing Distribution, Inc. will execute the wheel and brake production plan and follow safety and quality policies to meet productivity goals.

The role requires availability to work in all shop areas including receiving, disassemble, cleaning, painting, assemble and shipping in Dallas, TX. Typical education is a high school diploma or GED, with 1+ years of related work and preferred FAA Repair Station experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ Experience working under FAA 14 CFR Part 145 Repair Station Regulations.
• Knowledge of aircraft mechanical component, repair procedures, or painting.
• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot problems with efficiency.
• Equivalent automotive or military experience to be considered.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine production assembly operations on structural and mechanical assemblies, subassemblies and aircraft systems, equipment and accessories using manual operations.
