Job summary

StandardAero in Cincinnati, OH is hiring a Welder to produce parts using TIG welding and read blueprints to meet specifications. You will operate metal shaping equipment, participate in process improvements, and cross-train to support production goals. The role requires 2+ years TIG welding experience, blueprint reading skills, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• 2+ years TIG welding experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (unassisted) for part of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Produce parts from shop drawings to conform to specifications.
• Read blueprints or welding process specifications.
• Operate metal shaping machines such as brakes, shears, and other metal straightening and bending machines.
• Participate in continuous improvement of processes
• Cross train in other complementary skills to support production requirements
• Observe all applicable safety requirements
