Job summary

Worldwide Flight Services is seeking a Warehouse Lead to supervise aircraft handling operations, oversee loading/unloading of freight, and ensure safe, efficient performance. You will coordinate teams, monitor compliance with security, TSA, and client policies, and maintain accurate records for shipments and equipment.

This role requires strong communication in English, readiness to work varied shifts including weekends, a HS Diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED or Equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Fluent English (read/write/speak) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend all meetings and complete required training and certification.
• Adhere to airport/facility security and identification procedures.
• Comply with safety regulations and company policies.
• Report to work regularly; no call/no show may result in discipline.
• Ensure availability to work all shifts, including mornings/evenings/weekends/holidays.
• Responsible for timely and safe handling and movement of freight and aircraft equipment.
