Job summary

ACT1 Federal is seeking an experienced Program/Project Management Analyst to support CAS activities in Virginia Beach, coordinating airspace, aircraft, and fleet training requirements. The role works with Navy and Marine Corps customers, air-control agencies, and contractors to manage schedules and asset utilization.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree with 3–10 years in program/project management, aviation operations, or logistics, and hold an Active Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, aviation, engineering, logistics, public administration, or related discipline.
• 3-10 years of professional experience performing program/project management, aviation operations, logistics, scheduling, or equivalent.
• Experience coordinating complex schedules, stakeholders, and action items.
• Strong analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
• Active Secret security clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Naval training exercises and support scheduling of military training ranges and special-use airspace.
• Perform near-term and advanced planning and coordination for military and non-military users of FACSFAC VACAPES airspace and related ranges.
• Track service-provider performance, airspace utilization, and CAS operational support requirements.
• Coordinate use of Contracted Air Services aircraft and Government pod assets with Navy and Marine Corps customers and air-control agencies.
• Monitor CAS assets supporting fleet exercises, detachments, and training.
• Support site and facility logistical coordination, Government Furnished Equipment (GFE), and Fleet Readiness Center requirements as needed.
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, action items, and data with Government, military, and contractor stakeholders.
• Support travel and on-site coordination associated with fleet exercises and CAS detachments.
