Job summary

Qualifications

Must have two years in an airport operations frontline customer service role or instructor-type position.
Strong communication, editing and writing skills with attention to quality and thoroughness.
Prior training development or facilitation experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Create computer-based and classroom training experiences for diverse functions.
Instruct and facilitate computer instruction, eCampus modules, virtual classes and soft skills.
Develop or maintain training programs based on area expertise and FAA/TSA requirements.
Ensure training materials reflect current policies and safety standards and communicate changes promptly.
Maintain accurate class records and provide timely reports to supervisors.
Travel to stations for on-the-job training and instruction as needed.
