Job summary

Worldwide Flight Services in Denver is seeking an Instructor - Training Services to deliver safety, compliance, and procedural training to frontline staff, covering initial, recurrent, and on‑the‑job programs. You will support operational excellence through audits, documentation, and continuous process improvement while maintaining training records and ensuring readiness for internal and external reviews.

This role requires aviation experience, leadership, and travel up to 10% to support station

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in airport/aviation environments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Deliver initial, recurrent, and on‑the‑job training for operational staff.
• Ensure compliance with WFS policies and applicable regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate training records and readiness for audits.
• Conduct audits and assessments to monitor training compliance.
• Update training materials and SOPs to reflect changes.
• Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry and documentation compliance.
• Collaborate with regulatory authorities and local airport officials.
• Partner with station management to support training initiatives and compliance goals.
