Job summary

KBR's Mission Engineering Division in Lexington Park, MD seeks an Assistant Program Manager for Test & Evaluation to plan, coordinate, execute and report developmental and operational tests across the program lifecycle using NAVAIR procedures. The role collaborates with engineering, logistics, contractors, government stakeholders and end users to ensure test scope, resources, schedules and documentation align with requirements.

On-site with travel; 40 hrs weekly.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance and TS eligibility are required.
• 10+ years of DoD/government acquisition and T&E experience.
• Experience with developmental/operational testing (DT/OT) and NAVAIR programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in TEMPs, test plans and data collection requirements across the program lifecycle.
• Coordinate with DT/OT agencies to align test strategy and schedules.
• Ensure documentation complies with DoD/NAVAIR policies.
• Maintain integrated master schedules for T&E activities and track milestones.
• Coordinate TRRs, test events and field activities including range scheduling and resources.
• Support on-site test execution and liaison with test teams.
• Collect, analyze and validate test data; support test reports and corrective-action tracking.
• Assist in program technical reviews and support tests/analyses to refine methods.
