Job summary

KBR is seeking an Associate Test Resource Manager (TRM) to support PMA-280 Tomahawk Weapons System at NAS Patuxent River, Lexington Park, MD. You will coordinate test resources, assist test planning and execution, and ensure events are scheduled to meet milestones.

The ideal candidate has a security clearance, a bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in Test & Evaluation, and experience with NAVAIR aviation programs. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.

Qualifications

• Active government security clearance and eligibility for Top Secret access.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least three years of related experience.
• Experience supporting Test and Evaluation activities and familiarity with test products.
• Background supporting NAVAIR aviation programs, aircraft systems, or related acquisition/test environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage test resources to meet program goals and timelines.
• Prepare, submit, and maintain test resource plans and documentation.
• Review test products including plans, reports, briefs, and white papers.
• Assess test execution plans for risks to schedule, cost, and performance.
• Generate metrics to evaluate test risk, compliance, and resource readiness.
• Coordinate T&E reviews, meetings, and customer engagements as required.
• Maintain familiarity with T&E tools, policies, and acquisition documentation.
• Manage Government Furnished Property (GFP) for test events as needed.
• Comply with Navy/NAVAIR/KBR training requirements including cybersecurity.
