Job summary

AVIAN, Inc. seeks an Assistant Program Manager Test & Evaluation for the PMA-259/Air-to-Air program at Patuxent River, MD. The role includes test planning, coordination with cross-functional teams, and supporting DoD TE activities.

The ideal candidate has a technical degree, 3+ years of APMTE or test engineering experience, and the ability to obtain a TS DoD clearance. U.S. citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical field.
• 3+ years of experience; Master's may substitute for 2 years.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain Top Secret DoD clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support program management and project planning/scheduling.
• Identify depth of testing required for active phases.
• Travel and collaborate with geographically diverse test teams.
• Communicate with test teams and support readiness reviews.
• Write Test & Evaluation Plans and provide TE technical advice.
• Participate in program reviews and test verification activities.
