Propeller Airports is seeking a Terminal Duty Manager to lead daily terminal operations, coordinating with airlines, tenants, and vendors to maintain safe, secure, and efficient service. You will monitor security protocols, manage gate assignments, and oversee activities across shifts while ensuring top-notch customer experiences.

Ideal candidates bring a strong safety mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and a background in aviation or public administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in aviation management, public administration, business administration, or related field.
• At least two years of customer service experience, preferably in security or aviation.
• Candidates with a high school diploma and strong relevant experience will be considered.
• Strong attention to detail and safety mindset.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all shift activities and coordinating terminal functions to meet policies, procedures, and standards.
• Monitor camera systems and security protocols; provide footage to authorized personnel when needed.
• Inspect airport activities and IT systems to ensure compliance with rules.
• Escort and monitor vendors and contractors in secured areas for regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate gate assignments with airlines, ATC, and operations staff.
• Support landside operations to ensure smooth terminal flow and minimize disruptions.
