Unifi Aviation, LLC is seeking a Duty Manager to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective daily airport operations. You will supervise teams, coach staff, and assist with recruiting, payroll, and scheduling while monitoring performance and safety standards.

• Supervisory experience required.
• Credentials required as per airport/state

Responsabilités

• Oversee and coordinate team activities related to airport operation.
• Coach, counsels and mentors employees, including disciplinary action as required.
• Assist in recruiting, payroll, scheduling, and general admin duties.
• Monitor staffing, overtime and financial performance of the station.
• Promote team-building to motivate staff.
• Ensure work is done safely and per standards; report incidents.
