TYLin is seeking a Program Director – Airport Terminals to lead major airport terminal programs across planning, design and construction support. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, interface with airport authorities, owners, and executive stakeholders, and shape program execution strategies for cost, schedule, quality, and risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Planning, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive experience delivering major aviation infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated leadership of large airport terminal design programs in US or internationally.
• Experience managing complex, multidisciplinary consultant teams.
• Proven ability to oversee large capital programs with multiple workstreams.
• Strong executive presence with exceptional communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with airport authorities, owners, executives, and program stakeholders.
• Understanding of airport planning, terminal design, passenger experience, and operations.
• Experience with Design-Build, Progressive Design-Build, CMAR, or P3.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of major airport terminal design and redevelopment programs.
• Serve as the primary executive interface with airport owners, PM teams, and stakeholders.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams of architects, engineers, planners, and consultants.
• Develop program execution strategies for cost, schedule, quality, and risk.
• Provide executive oversight through planning, design, procurement, and construction support.
• Manage governance, reporting, and executive communications.
• Guide technical decisions balancing operations, commercial, and passenger experience.
• Coordinate with design-build, CMAR, JVs, and alternative delivery partners.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation for large, complex programs.
• Mentor project managers and leaders across the aviation practice.
• Support business development and strategic growth initiatives.
