Job summary

StandardAero in Cincinnati on-site with 10% travel seeks a Manager, Technical Training to lead design, delivery, and evaluation of classroom and on-the-job training for an industrial workforce. You will build structured OJT programs, define competency standards, and partner with operations, engineering, quality, safety, and HR to align training with business goals.

You will lead a small team of trainers, drive training effectiveness, and ensure records are audit-ready.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in industrial on-the-job training with a track record of designing and monitoring OJT programs.
• Must qualify as a U.S. Citizen under export control laws.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, delivery and monitoring of classroom and on-the-job training for an industrial workforce.
• Partner with operations, engineering, quality, safety and HR leaders to link training to work processes and business results.
• Lead a small team of trainers; manage resources, budgets and deployment.
• Assess jobs, determine required skills and define competency standards and training paths.
• Ensure training effectiveness; track progress, sign-offs and knowledge transfer to the job.
