Job summary

StandardAero Specialist, Systems Support in Dallas is seeking a hands-on individual to install, configure, and maintain PC hardware, software, and networked systems. You will support end users, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate repairs while ensuring licensing and security compliance.

The role requires familiarity with Windows environments, AD/M365, ERP systems, and incident tools (JIRA/ServiceNow). A diploma in CS and US work authorization are required; we offer competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1 year of System Support experience.
• Experience with JIRA Service Desk or ServiceNow preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Windows OS and Windows Server knowledge.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
• Networking basics: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.
• PC hardware setup and configuration.
• ERP system installation and support experience.
• College diploma in computer science or equivalent.
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving skills.
• Good planning, organization, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently or in a team.
• Authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure PC hardware and peripherals.
• Load operating systems and office software per policy.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software; repair barcode readers.
• Manage LAN/WAN ops and backups; ensure file server health.
• Maintain CMS/VMS and telecom systems; coordinate outages.
• Provide user support and documentation; follow safety rules.
