Job summary

SpaceX seeks an Integration & Test Engineer for Starlink Aviation to own test software, equipment, and integrated testing of electrical and network systems. You will be a technical resource for engineers, specialists and technicians, developing and maintaining high-reliability enterprise network solutions for Starlink.

Responsibilities include designing, activating test hardware, troubleshooting real-time issues, and coordinating cross-discipline test systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
• 1+ years of professional mechanical/electromechanical design, analysis, testing, and/or manufacturing (internships/co-ops and club projects can apply)

Responsibilities

• Design, activate and operate test hardware and equipment including test software as needed to evaluate component and system performance for various mobility network applications
• Troubleshoot hardware issues real-time, push feedback to correct owners to eliminate repeat issues
• Aid in investigations and root-cause analysis of any non-conformances, and work with responsible engineers to develop test requirements for flight hardware, driving hardware and system design improvements.
• Work with teams across disciplines including electrical, mechanical, and software engineers to conceptualize and develop test systems required to test Starlink hardware
• Create and modify software applications to run data acquisition and control systems
