Job summary

Global Engine Maintenance LLC is seeking a Surveillance Inspector to perform inspections across powerplant/aircraft components in our FAA Part 145 Repair Station. You will verify compliance with ICA, Airworthiness Directives, service bulletins, and OEM data, and sign off on major repairs using FAA Form 337 where required.

You will lead and document inspections, review corrective actions, and ensure traceability of parts, tools, and records.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Surveillance Inspector experience in aviation MRO.
• Experience supporting CFM56 engine maintenance programs preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of MRO production workflows and scheduling.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRO systems and related data tooling.

Responsibilities

• Inspect maintenance and alterations per FAA data, ICA, ADs, service bulletins, and OEM manuals.
• Perform RII inspections within scope of authorization and sign off per procedures.
• Verify tooling, calibrated equipment and data are used during maintenance tasks.
• Record inspections and generate FAA Form 337 for major repairs/alterations.
• Review corrective actions and paperwork for traceability before signoff.
• Oversee engine incoming condition, borescope findings, and records.
