Atlas Air Worldwide is seeking a Station Production Controller to efficiently plan and coordinate maintenance activities at the station, ensuring aircraft availability and regulatory compliance. You will interface with Operations, Maintenance Control, Planning, and Supply Chain to optimize resources and minimize downtime.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, 12‑hour shifts across 24/7 operations, and a background in airline maintenance.

Formación

• Minimum 5–7 years experience in the airline industry.
• Strong understanding of FAA regulations and maintenance documentation.
• Ability to read and interpret AMMs, IPCs, wiring diagrams and engineering docs.
• Experience with line maintenance, scheduling and resource coordination.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate and control station maintenance schedules and resources.
• Maintain the Line Status Sheet Report and communicate priorities.
• Lead daily meetings and direct operational staff on procedures.
• Oversee station maintenance schedule with fleet, routing and ops needs.
• Coordinate parts, tooling, and manpower for aircraft arrival.
• Monitor arrivals/departures, gate constraints and ground handling.
• Liaise with MCC, Planning, Engineering and Supply Chain to resolve constraints.
• Analyze capacity and staffing needs; adjust workforce accordingly.
• Develop procedures to improve efficiency, quality and on-time performance.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and support OOS routing and recovery.
