Job summary

Brock Solutions is seeking a Software Deployment Engineer to join our Winston-Salem, NC team. The role focuses on deploying, configuring, testing and supporting mission-critical software for airlines and airports worldwide.

The successful candidate will adapt quickly, learn domain knowledge, and apply a strong technical foundation in software deployment. Travel may be required to support deployments and customer care.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science or related fields.
• 1–3 years’ experience (co-op considered).
• Fluent in other languages (particularly Spanish) is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Deploy SmartSuite Enterprise products to Production on premise and cloud servers using Microsoft DevOps technology.
• Use SQL Server and the web client to configure the application based on the client's needs.
• Test the client's workflow to ensure the system is configured correctly.
• Help troubleshoot application issues affecting our clients.
• Work with great clients from all over the world!
