Brock Solutions Inc. in Irving, Texas is seeking a Software Integration Engineer to join a team of professionals delivering real-time operational software for industrial clients.

You will deploy and configure software, set up server hardware, and tailor code to meet customer needs across test and production environments. The role requires a BS degree in IT/CS or related field, 1–3 years of experience (co-op considered), strong communication, and experience with SQL and an OO language (C#, Java,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science or related fields.
• 1-3 years experience (co-op considered).
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency with SQL & knowledge of databases.
• Experience with an object-oriented programming language (C#, Java, or C++).
• Knowledge of Flyway, PowerShell, Azure DevOps, Python, Ignition is an asset.
• Willingness to travel & perform night/weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Work with a multi-disciplinary team to deploy & configure software to customer test and production environments.
• Configure and setup server hardware and peripheral devices (printers, scanners, Bluetooth devices).
• Modify product code to meet the customer's unique needs.
• Demonstrate complete integrated system with key external stakeholders during Functional Acceptance Testing & On-site System Testing.
• Travel to site to see work in action (up to 25%).
• Root Cause Analysis of defects identified in production.
• Limited on-call rotating support escalation (10%).
• Maintain, develop, and improve automated test and deployment tools.
• Other duties as assigned by Project Manager.

What You'll Do
