Job summary

The Shipping Clerk at Xtreme Aviation will be responsible for preparing, processing, and tracking outgoing shipments of aircraft parts and materials to support aviation operations. You will ensure shipments are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of shipping/receiving experience, basic data entry skills, and strong attention to detail. English is required; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year shipping/receiving experience (aviation experience preferred).
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently.
• Pack, label, and weigh packages according to shipping requirements.
• Generate shipping labels using FedEx, UPS, and DHL systems.
• Prepare shipping documentation (BOLs, packing slips, commercial invoices).
• Verify shipment details to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Track shipments and provide status updates to internal teams.
• Maintain organized shipping records and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Report any shipping discrepancies or delays.
