Job summary
Ascent Aviation Services is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support logistics and reclamations by managing aircraft materials flow with accuracy. You will work across our 24/7 operations, handling parts, data entry, labeling, and shipments to customers in a fast-paced setting.
The role requires a high school diploma, valid driver’s license, and forklift experience; prior shipping/receiving experience is preferred. Overtime and varied shifts may apply.
Qualifications
- Reads, writes, and comprehends English clearly and accurately.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities and deadline adherence.
- Ability to interpret technical data relevant to shipping/receiving.
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Identify, control, and segregate incoming parts per FAA rules.
- Data-entry for parts based on process tags and invoices.
- Verify materials against packing slips for accuracy.
- Monitor shelf life and ensure tooling meets calibration requirements.
- Maintain safety, compliance, and company policies in stores area.
