Rolls-Royce in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Services Delivery Manager - Business Aviation to lead the delivery of services for installed engines and manage a team of technicians within a Part 145 repair environment. You will ensure operations meet customer, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Travel will be less than 10%; a strong aviation services background with FAA certification is required. Relocation assistance may be provided where applicable.

Qualifications

• Associate degree with 7+ years of business aviation, commercial / defense aerospace services support experience with Airframe, Powerplant or Airframe & Powerplant FAA certification, OR
• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of business aviation, commercial / defense aerospace services support experience with Airframe, Powerplant or Airframe & Powerplant FAA certification, OR
• Master's degree with 3+ years of business aviation, commercial / defense aerospace services support experience with Airframe, Powerplant or Airframe & Powerplant FAA certification, OR
• JD/PhD, OR
• 9+ years of business aviation, commercial / defense aerospace services support experience with Airframe, Powerplant or Airframe & Powerplant FAA certification in lieu of a degree

Responsabilités

• Ensure that day-to-day operations at the site are managed such that the customers, quality and regulatory requirements are met.
• Lead and develop the teams to deliver the business requirements providing support and guidance as required
• Ensure that all work is done in accordance with applicable legal and Company procedures, including Health & Safety policies
• Responsible for ensuring field services reps that carry out work are trained in accordance with established regulatory requirements
• Implement continuous improvement to develop the site to improve capability, working processes and to meet the growth of business.
• Develop individual team members and team behaviors consistent with RR requirements and high-performance teams.
• Traveling both domestically will be less than 10%
