Job summary

Rolls-Royce in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Material Handler for an onsite 1st shift role supporting our repair station shop in Indianapolis and hangar in Greenfield. You will work with the logistics team, handle tool department duties, and travel up to 5% domestically.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED with 3+ years in manufacturing warehouse/logistics; FAA/DOT safety checks; forklift and Excel skills; U.S. citizenship or permanent residency are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3+ years of manufacturing warehouse or logistics experience.
• Associate’s degree with 2+ years of manufacturing warehouse or logistics experience.
• FAA/DOT pre-employment background check and drug screen required.
• U.S. citizen or U.S. permanent resident required.

Responsibilities

• Shipping and receiving aircraft engine parts and tooling management with proper documents and export controls.
• Inspect aircraft parts for damage and ensure FAA 8130-3 and EASA Form 1 accuracy.
• Operate forklift(s) for loading/unloading tooling and engines.
• Assist mechanics with aircraft tooling and accountability.
• On-call service support, including weekends and holidays.
