Job summary

Global Elite Group is seeking a Security Training Supervisor to plan, coordinate, and supervise the local training department for the DEN airport. You will oversee the initial and ongoing security training for the Guard Force and ensure all certifications are current.

Qualifications include a security-minded, communicative leader with 1 year DEN or similar site experience; HS diploma required, a Bachelor's preferred. Excellent coordination with multiple departments and agencies is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing people and processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management or Security Management preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Minimum 1 year site-specific experience at DEN or airport regulated under 49 CFR Part 1542.

Responsibilities

• Conduct aviation security training for airport new hire employees.
• Conduct aviation security in-service training for current airport employees.
• Maintain training reports and certificates for all airports.
• Liaise with airport managers and administrators to support training needs.
• Enter training payroll hours and compliance updates in internal system.
• Develop and execute company training courses.
• Coordinate with HR/Recruiting, Compliance, Operations and Finance as needed.
• Support quality assurance audits and special projects.
