Job summary

Global Elite Group is seeking a Training & Quality Specialist at the DEN airport to support training, QA, and compliance programs. You will work with the team to maintain order and transparency across processes related to training and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate is security-minded with strong analytical and communication skills, has 1 year site-specific airport experience, and can interact with staff, clients and government agencies.

Qualifications

• Proactive thinker with ability to speak to groups and lead staff.
• HS Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1 year site-specific airport experience at DEN or under 49 CFR Part 1542.
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to communicate across diverse cultures.
• Drug test required pre-employment or random.
• Pass a 10-year verifiable background check.
• Airport ID badge must be obtainable.
• Experience with Microsoft Office/Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Assist with aviation security training for current airport employees.
• Maintain training reports and certificates for all airports.
• Liaise with airport managers to follow up on training needs.
• Enter training payroll hours and compliance updates in internal system.
• Assist in field audits and spot checks.
• Support special projects and business continuity.
