Job summary

Global Elite Group is seeking a site leadership role to ensure aviation security operations comply with contract, TSA, and client standards. The ASD will coordinate with Supervisors to manage day-to-day guard force activities at the DEN Airport site.

The successful candidate will build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues, shape the plan to meet evolving needs, and drive results while fostering a positive, inclusive team culture and professional growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with teammates to apply contract security functions as outlined.
• Know and apply TSA regulations to daily duties where appropriate.
• Oversee station staffing, scheduling procedures, and initial badging tasks.
• Manage staffing to meet contract requirements, attendance, and performance.
