Job summary

Global Elite Group seeks a Station Supervisor to oversee aviation security operations at a Denver-area location. You will direct daily station activity, manage staffing, and ensure adherence to TSA and client standards while upholding company policies.

The role requires building strong client relationships and guiding a diverse team. The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in aviation/security management, be 21+, and demonstrate integrity, team leadership, and effective

Qualifications

• Must have previous supervisory experience.
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
• Bachelor's degree in aviation management, security management, or closely related field.
• 3 years in security or related field, including 1 year with Part 1542 airport regulations.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Willing to submit to drug testing and background checks.
• Must obtain and maintain a SIDA badge as distributed by airport authority and US CBP.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all security functions are performed in accordance with TSA regulations and corporate policies.
• Manage staffing and scheduling procedures, including initial badging and licensing where required.
• Ensure staffing hours align with contractual agreements with the client.
• Evaluate attendance and performance; administer corrective actions per HR policies.
• Administer payroll reporting within established guidelines and deadlines.
• Implement cost-effective measures across the station.
• Coordinate training with Training and Compliance for initial and recurrent sessions.
• Safeguard company equipment and vehicles.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
