Global Elite Group is hiring an Aviation Security Operations Manager to oversee daily airport security operations at JFK in Jamaica, NY. You will lead security personnel, coordinate scheduling and post coverage, support training, and ensure client satisfaction while maintaining strict security protocols.

The role emphasizes effective communication with law enforcement, government agencies, and airline partners, and requires prior management experience in aviation security.

Qualifications

• Must have previous management experience.
• Must have a valid State Security License.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to obtain an airport badge with DHS background check and TSA clearance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate security staffing, workforce scheduling, staff deployment, and post coverage for daily airport security operations.
• Conduct regular walk-throughs and security inspections of posts; lead daily staff briefings.
• Support supervision and performance management; document attendance and deficiencies; administer corrective actions.
• Assist in payroll-related paperwork and ensure compliance with HR policies.
