Job summary

ACTS-Aviation Security, Inc. seeks a Supervisors to oversee security operations at the Denver Airport (DEN). You will lead guards, ensure coverage and compliance with TSA regulations, and report to management on daily activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Two years of supervisory experience in a professional environment.
• Open availability required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation Management, Security Management or related field preferred.
• Experience at DEN or similar regulated airport desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support ACTS Security Guards at customer sites.
• Schedule and assign guards to ensure full coverage and relief.
• Conduct regular audits of employee performance per ACTS policies.
• Report daily to management on activities and compliance.
• Maintain regulatory procedures and safety compliance at all times.
