Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• One (1) year of security, military, law enforcement, or airport security experience.
• Minimum one (1) year of lead or supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of TSA regulations, airport security protocols, and emergency procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of airport security officers, including door guards, screeners, and patrol personnel.
• Monitor compliance with TSA regulations, airport security procedures, and company policies.
• Conduct inspections of secured and restricted areas to ensure proper access control.
• Respond to security incidents, emergencies, and suspicious activity in a timely and professional manner.
• Oversee access control systems, badge verification, and entry/exit procedures for secure areas.
• Coordinate with airport operations, law enforcement, airline personnel, and emergency response teams.
• Investigate security incidents and prepare detailed reports and documentation.
• Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to security staff.
• Monitor security equipment such as CCTV systems, access control systems, and alarm systems.
• Ensure proper staffing levels and assign daily duties and posts to security personnel.
• Enforce safety protocols and elevate violations or breaches as required.
• Support emergency response procedures, including evacuations and crisis situations.
• Maintain accurate logs, reports, and compliance documentation.
• Perform other duties as requested.
