Airshare is seeking a Sales Associate to help drive customer acquisition and revenue. You will qualify prospects, schedule meetings, and support VP Sales with lead management. This role works from our CHQ in Overland Park, KS, not remote.

You’ll generate leads, conduct outbound prospecting, and collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and events while maintaining accurate records in Salesforce and Salesloft. Prior aviation or luxury sales experience is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. Excellent verbal/written communication and computer skills essential.
• Minimum 2+ years of aviation sales, charter sales, or luxury sales experience in related sectors.

Responsabilidades

• Qualify prospects, schedule meetings, coordinate handoffs, and document activity and next steps.
• Generate and prioritize qualified leads through approved data sources, referrals, networking, and outbound prospecting.
• Conduct personalized prospecting across phone, email, LinkedIn, and sales tools with emphasis on phone-based selling.
• Respond to inbound and self-generated leads; use consultative discovery to assess needs, timing, criteria, budget, and fit.
• Maintain clean prospect records in Salesforce and Salesloft.
