Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist the global sales team supporting visits and meetings.
• Coordinate and conduct pre-sale activities on behalf of the team.
• Interact with prospective customers to address needs and expectations.
• Provide requested sales information and training to the team.
• Be aware of domestic and international product operating/certification regulations.
• Translate customer requests into product solutions.
• Research and assess competitive offerings and pricing.
• Assist in communicating with customers to identify opportunities and explain solutions.
• Provide sales activity reports and advise leadership on trends.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support sales initiatives.
• Assist in marketing campaign launches and value proposition presentation.
• Work to improve customer data quality and accessibility.
• Structure, manage, and extract data for analysis.
