Job summary

Mercer Engineering Research Center (MERC) seeks a Senior Reliability Analyst to lead reliability investigations for aircraft and ground equipment. You will collect and analyze maintenance data, develop reliability analyses, and provide technical recommendations to improve availability and reduce costs.

The role requires strong written and oral communication, ability to coordinate with engineering, and adherence to MERC processes and policies.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical discipline with related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead reliability investigations and provide technical recommendations.
• Collect, develop, and analyze maintenance data for reliability trends.
• Produce daily, weekly, monthly, and long-term reliability analyses.
• Ensure tasks meet cost, schedule, and performance requirements.
