Job summary

Interactive Resources LLC is seeking a Reliability Engineer to evaluate and improve the reliability, maintainability, and performance of aircraft systems throughout the engineering and development lifecycle. The role conducts R&M analyses, predictions, allocations, and metric calculations to identify reliability risks and support growth, qualification, and testing activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, mathematics, aeronautics, or electronics.
4+ years of experience as an R&M Engineer or relevant R&M experience.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications including Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Ability to travel on a limited basis (< 25%)

Evaluate and improve reliability, maintainability, and performance of aircraft systems.
Perform R&M analyses, predictions, allocations, and metric calculations.
Identify reliability risks and problem areas; support reliability growth, qualification, and testing activities.
Develop test plans, analyze field and test data, and generate technical reports with findings and recommendations to support aircraft system reliability and program objectives.
