Job summary

Dassault Falcon Jet is seeking a Customer Service Sales Manager to drive sales within an assigned geographic territory and manage key customer relationships. The role involves extensive travel (approximately 60–65%), development of sales opportunities, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and at least seven years of sales experience in aviation or aerospace, with strong communication, CRM, and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Seven years of sales experience, preferably in aviation or aerospace.
• Five years of inside sales, aircraft parts, or aircraft maintenance experience.
• Familiar with Automated Order Entry Systems.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain principal contact with customers in the assigned territory to grow sales.
• Know territory and local industry events.
• Develop and analyze new sales opportunities.
• Promote Dassault affiliate companies and programs.
• Travel to customer facilities and trade shows as required.
