Job summary

Banyan Air Services, Inc. in Fort Lauderdale seeks an experienced aviation records specialist to ensure aircraft documentation is accurate and up to date prior to customer handover. You will research records, generate status reports, and liaise with inspectors and production staff to maintain compliance.

The role requires a high school diploma and an A&P license or equivalent experience. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential in this busy shop environment.

Qualifications

• Must comply with FAA regulations and Banyan's repair station procedures.
• Experience maintaining aircraft records and logbooks.
• Strong communication with inspectors, managers and technicians.
• Ability to locate and interpret technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assure aircraft documentation is current, accurate, and ready before delivery.
• Research aircraft records and generate status reports for managers.
• Coordinate with chief inspector, service managers and production staff.
• Assist A&P technicians with locating required documentation.
• Keep regulatory records up to date and organized.
