Job summary

Amerijet International Airlines, Inc. in Miami, FL is seeking an entry-level Technical Records Analyst to manage and maintain aircraft records per regulatory requirements and company policies.

Responsibilities include logging, filing, and updating paper and electronic records, with basic computer skills needed. You will work with QA documentation, prepare Excel reports, and assist in daily record-keeping tasks across components, engines, and APU/landing gear records.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Two years of MS Office experience with emphasis on Excel, Outlook and Word.
• One year of general office experience; technical records or aviation maintenance preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process and file component removals, updating computer system and records.
• File Tags monthly in filing cabinets.
• Process daily Tags in SharePoint for components.
• Review and file A and C check paperwork and update systems.
• Close work orders in software and file physical documents in order.
• Maintain aircraft log pages and LD/ LLP records in the system.
• Review engine, APU, and main landing gear records and file.
• Monitor Airworthiness Directives and update records.
• Maintain excel reports for LPs, Tags, WOs, A-/C-checks.
• Respond to emails with record queries; assist other admin duties.
